Auktionator BERNHARD JENTSCH Real Estate Advisors has sold a community centre in Baden-Württemberg to a private investment company. Tenants of the approx. 14,000 sqm building are among others, Aldi and Edeka. Seller of the property is a foreign investment company. It was agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
